Accessibility
We want everybody to be able to use this site, including with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or low vision.
Version 1.0
Current status
We meet most of WCAG 2.2 level AA and are working towards full conformance. This statement was drawn up on 20 August 2026 and is updated whenever something changes.
What we hold ourselves to
We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA. Body text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, everything is operable by keyboard, and moving elements respect your system setting for reduced motion.
What we do
- Every page has one h1, real landmarks and a skip-to-content link.
- Everything is keyboard operable and focus is always visible.
- Body text meets at least 4.5:1 contrast, in dark mode too.
- Every page works without JavaScript, the request form included.
- Motion respects your system setting for reduced motion.
How we test
Automated axe checks run on every change, and we walk the main journeys by hand with a keyboard alone and with VoiceOver.
What is not good enough yet
- Maps showing company locations cannot yet be traversed fully with a screen reader, so the same information sits beside every map as text.
- Photos uploaded by companies themselves do not always carry good alternative text. We ask for it at upload, but we cannot force it.
