Remove a business profile

Would you rather your company was not listed on TranspaSearch? That is possible.

Fill in the form with your Chamber of Commerce number and a work email address. After we have checked it, we take your profile offline within 5 working days. Reviews remain, but are detached from your company name.

Paste the link to the profile, or type the last part of the URL — for example glashelder-amsterdam.

We use this address only to handle your request and tell you the outcome.

Owner, partner or authorised representative, for instance.

The more concrete this is, the faster we can assess it.

Why is this company listed without having signed up?

Some profiles are compiled from public sources, so that you can also compare companies that have not registered anywhere yet. That rests on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and Article 14 GDPR obliges us to explain where the data came from and how to object. That is exactly what this form is for.

The profile disappears from the site and from search results. Reviews customers left remain as a customer's experience, but are detached from the company name and its contact details.
