Review policy
Reviews are the heart of this platform. That is why we set out exactly who may review, what we check, and what we never do.

Who may review
Only somebody with a demonstrable job: a request through TranspaSearch that was completed, or an invitation sent by the company and checked by us.
The 'verified' label
A review gets this label when it belongs to a request that went through our platform. We show reviews without it too, but without the label.
What we check
Every review is read before publication. We remove personal data, abusive language, threats, unfounded allegations of criminal conduct, and text that clearly does not concern a real job.
What a company can do
Reply publicly once, and report a review they believe breaches this policy. A company cannot have a review removed for being negative, and cannot pay to have reviews hidden.
What we never do
- Pay for reviews, or accept them in exchange for a discount.
- Hide negative reviews or rank them below positive ones.
- Copy reviews from other platforms and present them as ours.
- Let the order of reviews be influenced by what a company pays.

Disagree with a decision about a review? Email support@transpasearch.nl with the link and your reasoning. A second moderator will then look at it.
