Definitions

• TranspaSearch: the platform, operated by TranspaClean B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 87654321.
• Requester: the individual or organisation placing a request through the platform.
• Company: the business that answers a request or holds a profile on the platform.
• Request: the description of a job put to a limited number of companies.
• Credit: the unit of account with which a company unlocks the contact details attached to a request.

Our role

TranspaSearch is a platform that brings supply and demand together. We are not a party to the agreement you enter into with a company, we do not carry out any work ourselves, and we give no guarantee as to its result. What we do is check companies before they become visible, and act when a company breaks the rules.

Your account

You are responsible for the details you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Tell us as soon as you suspect somebody else has access to your account.

Requests

A request is free of obligation and commits you to nothing. You confirm your request by email before we pass it on. We put a request to at most 4 companies. Requests that are demonstrably false, misleading or automated are removed.

Obligations of companies

A company warrants that it is registered with the Chamber of Commerce, holds public liability insurance and is competent to carry out the work it offers. Requesters' details may be used solely to respond to the request in question — not for other offers, and never for resale.

Credits and payment

Credits give access to the contact details attached to a lead. They cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. A lead that is demonstrably unusable — wrong number, duplicate, outside the service area — is credited back on request.

Reviews

Reviews are posted only by customers with a demonstrable job. We do not remove a review at the request of the company being reviewed, unless it breaches our review policy.

Liability

We are not liable for loss arising from work carried out by a company. Our liability towards a company is limited to the amount paid to us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or wilful recklessness, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account in cases of abuse, fraud or repeated breach of these terms, and will explain why when we do.

Changes

We may amend these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email at least thirty days in advance; if you continue to use the service after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Complaints and disputes

Please raise a complaint with us first at support@transpasearch.nl; we respond within five working days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may go to the competent court or, as a consumer, to the European ODR platform.
