Object to the processing of your business data

Is your business listed in this directory without you having submitted it? You may object. Article 21 GDPR gives you that right, and you do not have to give a reason.

What you are objecting to

We took your business's data from public sources and process it on the basis of legitimate interest. Objecting is not the same as unsubscribing from email: an objection means we stop processing the data itself, so the profile goes as well.

What happens next

We assess your objection within 5 working days and confirm the outcome by email. If it is upheld we anonymise the profile, erase the stored source material and the messages we sent, and add your business to a suppression list so a later crawl cannot recreate it. That suppression is permanent and does not lapse on its own.

Your objection

We need only the profile and an email address to answer you.

Paste the link to the profile, or type the last part of the URL — for example glashelder-amsterdam.

This is where we send the acknowledgement and the outcome.

Optional. You do not have to give a reason; an explanation only helps us assess it faster.
